RL-H3A’ s self-leveling to provide stable and accurate grade. There are no delicate wires or bearings to worry about. That’ s because Topcon combined the World’ s fastest leveling system with thier patented Liquid Compensation.
The RL-H3A comes with the LS-70 SmartSensor™ receiver and holder for simple one-person operation. Set-up the RL-H3A and use the LS-70 SmartSensor™ to check grade. It offers 11 levels* of precise visual and audible grade verification and even alerts you when the laser has been bumped or when the batteries are low. The holder also lets you position the LS-70 on the grade rod quickly and accurately. Use Topcon’ s grade stake Laser bracket and the RL-H3A makes a perfect grade checking tool in road building applications.
